A New Beginning


I went to meet with my course facilitator just now as I need to submit my assignments before the due date. It was pretty hot today, and I wasn't allowed to drive myself to the college. My parents sent me out to study again as they believe I need to get rid of that 'Logiut' out of my life. Life has been hard (and difficult) lately. I have to stand up again, and I need to make sure that his request is fulfilled - He has asked me to divorce him (what kind of man is that? To ask a divorce from his wife?). It's a 'pang' to my life but I'm thankful enough from the people around me who have asked me to grant his wishes. I wish him to be able to lead a happy life with the women (not only 1) that he wished to be with. Me? I'm going to struggle, and be strong for my 3 months daughter. I can do it, as a single mom!


Mum fetched me from the college a few minutes after I called her. She bought me to have our lunch at 1Borneo. Luckily, Dad and bro were at home to babysit the baby. Great. I can spend more time shopping for myself after a few months of 'jailing' myself in the house, thinking of what other people might say or even write over their Facebook, or Twitter - I screen captured every single of their tweets, anyway. For what? To remind myself that these people really exist, and they are very judgemental in their own way. Masih bujang tapi berlagak macam sudah pernah rasa sakit beranak. Please lah!

Here's my lunch... Enough to give me energy for my workout later in the evening.

After we finished our lunch, I went to buy a new spectacles as the previous one sudah rosak because I threw it when I was pretty angry with Logiut for being so childish. Sikit-sikit ada masalah terus bilang 'BALIK TAMPARULI'. WTF! At least sia berpuas hati selepas tumbuk muka si pondan for being a liar and Logiut. Siapa suruh terlampau pintar ada skandal masa orang sarat mengandung. I allow you to insult me for being so unsexy (and you said you would divorce me if I couldn't get my pre body shape).

Oh well... Tidak seteruk macam orang lain juga bah... Heheheh~

Why Women Lie?

There are no doubts that women are telling lies – considerably and often. But so men do the same. Allthough women can easily catch a lying man – he said that there was an important party with clients organized in his workplace, but he just went to the gin-shop with his friends. Or he boasts about his skills in papering walls, but he only damaged the room. Or he swears he had taken a dog for a walk though actually he was watching a basketball match.
Considering experimental data men lie 4-5 times more than women. But women do everything in a more professional way, because they can be proud of having a great oratory skills.Thats why many pauses emerge in a speech and men usually fulfill it with various “hmm”, “eee”, etc. And women’s stream of consciousness is so rapid that they doesn’t need to make any breaks.
An experiment was made by a few researchers from the University of Massachusetts to answer the questions about the lie of both genders and ascertain if it differs from one another. Robert Feldman gives such a results: “women lie in order to make her company feel comfortable, while men lie by seeking to create a better image about themselves. In addition, women feel the boundaries of tactical lie very subtle. Mostly they vapour in an elegant way without making others to feel angry or resentful. Sadly, but the lie of men often is very bold, rough and hurtful.”
Women were dependent on somebody’s will in human history from time out of mind. Usually it was her husband. Women learn and fall into a habit to tell a lie by saying the things that men want to hear. Take the statistics for example – 50% of women lie to their partners they had experienced an orgasm. It even became a reflex, but not trustworthy information. The truth is that no matter how self-sufficient and arrogant she could be, but always will need someone to trust and weep on the shoulder. Women lie, because they doesn’t feel safe.
Researchers claim that more often women lie about their sexual experience. They usually minimize the quantity of her partners and maximize the age speaking about her first time. This could be considered as a consequence of public belief that girl should be naïve, vestal and faithful. It is like a inside wish of all the men. For this reason, women will keep her countenance about her sexual past. Unless she would be already decided to leave him and would be standing in the doorway.
Women seek to be accepted not only in their workplaces, but also in the circle of her friends. They try to hide the mistakes, failures and emphasize the episodes of success. Thats the reason why even the easiest tasks they describe as a very hard ones. For the same reason women lie about their appearance – a few kilograms lower her weight, permanent make-up or plastic operations. Or even the slimmest models who claim they doesn’t take any of the diets and eat a half of cake every evening. After all, it is much more pleasant and spectacular to be perfect from the birth than to buy or make beauty using artificial methods, sometimes even injurious to health. Women doesn’t even consider such things as lies, they prefer to think that its just more smart to keep your beauty secrets private and personal and if someone asks, just say that you simply love healthy lifestyle.
Women are afraid to be different or so called “white crow” in a group of people. For example, even before going to any party they like to be asure how everybody will look like and what will be the “dress code” of guests. Women ask almost everyone they know to tell about their dressesor shoes. Accordingly, in the company where people earn good money women swallow about their smaller salaries but around poorly earned friends they hardly concede that their one day rate can exceed others one month salary. Such a lie can be related with a need of safeness. If you “drop of the context” you will become lonely.

Diet dan Senaman untuk Pengidap Kencing Manis

Cara terbaik untuk melawan penyakit kencing manis atau diabetes adalah melalui perubahan gaya hidup khususnya menggabungkan diet dengan senaman. Ini bukanlah perkara baru. Pengkaji diabetes dan para pakar selalu mengesyorkan perubahan gaya hidup sebagai senjata utama melawan diabetes. Pelbagai kajian menunjukkan kemungkinan seseorang mengidap diabetes adalah sangat rendah jika mereka bersenam dan mengamal diet yang sihat. Mereka yang mempunyai berat badan yang berlebihan boleh mengurangkan risiko mendapat diabetes jika mereka berjaya mengurangkan berat badan sekurang-kurangnya 10 paun.
Ini adalah berita baik untuk mereka yang mempunyai risiko sederhana atau tinggi untuk mendapat diabetes. Perubahan yang perlu dilakukan bukanlah besar atau mendadak. Mereka hanya perlu mengubah sedikit cara hidup demi untuk mengelakkan dari mendapat penyakit diabetes. Ini adalah sesuatu yang besar bagi setiap individu memandangkan ianya dapat mengawal penyakit yang sangat berbahaya.
Mereka yang obes dan mempunyai berat badan berlebihan sebenarnya mempunyai reseptor insulin yang lebih rendah dari mereka yang mempunyai berat badan normal. Ini menerangkan kenapa mereka yang mengidap diabetes biasanya berat lampau atau obes. Lemak berlebihan membuatkan tubuh individu berkenaan tidak sensitif kepada insulin. Ini bermakna individu yang berat lampau memerlukan lebih banyak insulin dari mereka dengan berat normal. Inilah sebab mengapa mengurangkan berat badan akan mengurangkan dengan banyaknya risiko mendapat diabetes.
Menukar diet: satu dari cara terbaik melawan diabetes
Kuncinya adalah menggabungkan senaman dengan diet yang betul. Diet yang betul bukanlah hanya mengurangkan pengambilan kalori. Ia termasuk mengambil makanan yang betul. Kita patut mengelakkan diri dari mengambil makanan yang kaya dengan lemak terutamanya lemak binatang. Kita juga patut mengurangkan memakan daging merah, produk tenusu dan telor. Karbohidrat yang diproses sama sekali tidak boleh. Ianya termasuk gula pasir (putih), beras putih dan gandum putih. Sebaliknya kita patut mengambil bijirin tulen seperti beras merah atau coklat dan gandum tulen.
Ada juga makanan yang mempunyai kesan seperti insulin kepada tubuh bila ianya dimakan. Sebagai contoh: timun, bawang putih, soya, germa (biji) gandum, buah avocado, kacang hijau, gandum hitam, minyak bijan, sayur-sayuran hijau dan kubis Brussels sprout. Individu yang merasakan mereka mempunyai risiko mendapat diabetes patut tingkatkan pengambilan makanan tersebut.
Pengambilan serat juga akan mengurangkan risiko mendapat diabetes. Makanan yang mengandungi serat yang tinggi biasanya mengandungi kurang gula. Mereka yang mengidap diabetes atau mempunyai risiko mendapat diabetes tidak dapat memproses gula dengan baik. Individu yang mempunyai risiko mendapat diabates patut meningkatkan pengambilan serat. Mereka patut mengambil lebih sayur-sayuran, buah-buahan, produk gandum tulen dan produk bijirin tulen. Pengambilan gula putih dan makanan yang tinggi kandungan gula putih mesti dikurangkan. Anda perlu menggantikan makanan tersebut dengan yang mengandungi serat yang tinggi.
Mereka yang ingin mengelakkan diabetes juga patut menjauhi minuman beralkohol. Alkohol akan mengurangkan tolerans glukosa terutamanya bagi mereka yang telah berumur dan mereka yang mempunyai risiko mendapat diabetes. Tambah lagi, pesakit diabetes yang meminum walau sedikit minuman beralkohol berkemungkinan besar akan rosak mata dan saraf mereka. Selain dari minuman beralkohol, merokok juga patut dielakkan untuk selamat dari mendapat diabetes. Rokok meningkatkan risiko penyakit jantung, sakit buah pinggang dan lain-lain masalah kesihatan berkaitan dengan diabetes. Perokok tegar lebih mudah mendapat diabetes dari bukan perokok. Jadi sekiranya anda merokok, berhentilah dari tabiat tersebut demi kesihatan diri dan keluarga. Jika anda tidak merokok, jauhilah diri dari tabiat tersebut.
Senaman melindungi anda dari diabetes
Kedua-dua jenis diabetes (jenis 1 dan 2) boleh dielakkan atau diperbaiki dengan selalu melakukan senaman ringan. Fakta menunjukkan individu yang mengidap diabetes jenis 1, yang selalu bersenam, memerlukan kurang insulin. Manakala individu sihat yang selalu bersenam berkemungkinan besar tidak akan mendapat diabetes jenis 2. Sebabnya bersenam mengurangkan lemak badan dan seterusnya menambahbaik darjat sensitif badan terhadap insulin.
Senaman tidak semestinya senaman berat terutamanya jika sudah meningkat usia. Senaman mudah seperti berjalan, berlari, berenang dan berbasikal dapat memperbaiki tahap gula dalam darah. Senaman memperbaiki penggunaan glukosa oleh otot-otot berkenaan. Kesannya akan kekal lebih dari dua hari. Profil lemak darah dan tekanan darah yang memberi kesan kepada diabetes juga akan bertambah baik dengan selalu bersenam.
Setiap individu, terutamanya pengidap diabetes, perlu memantau paras gula dalam darah bila melakukan senaman. Ini disebabkan senaman boleh mengurangkan dan juga meningkatkan paras gula dalam darah. Anda dinasihatkan supaya meminta nasihat doktor anda sebelum menjalani apa-apa program senaman.
